Birthday Card from Sheila and Jerry

A birthday card from Sheila and Jerry… not just your regular old card, either…

Dancing Dirty With Maddy

Maddy (Janice’s new “stage name”) and I (call me whatever you want as long as it’s not late for supper) have a new hobby… well… new for me, for sure… and that is dancing.
Night #1 was at the Muckleshoot Casino last Saturday night, and we have never laughed and had so much fun in years… probably an indication that there might soon be a night #2 :)
Actually, Maddy looks like a professional dancer to me, and perhaps that is because she has danced professionally (and on stage!)… :) I, OTOH, haven’t danced since about 1970 or something like that… can’t remember, because I was probably drunk (thank God I am now very sober, so I can remember the dances).
So… you see… I have been too busy since 1970 to dance, I.e. my hands have usually been wrapped around the neck of a stringed instrument while everyone, including Maddy, have been dancing.
So… Maddy looks great on the dance floor… and I don’t know what to do with my hands. I spent part of Saturday night with my hands place firmly (aka “death grip”) just below the back side of her waist with perhaps only my little finger of one hand touching the very tip of the top of her butt crack… OMG… don’t tell anyone! ;) Other than that, my hands were dangling uselessly and I felt like I wanted to actually put them into my pockets, which I knew was probably a bad idea…
Maddy is a star… and I will have to get used to her getting all the attention (an old story, really, isn’t it?)…
I will probably need a few dance lessons… but I am a fast learner :)

60’s and Talented Puppets

Thanks to RAM for this. You know I really appreciate a good Puppet. I had tears in my eyes over the Puppet videos… just like mom (gramma), when I feel “touched” by something, I’m a cry baby :)

Terry Fator, puppeteer/ventriloquist who imitates male and female singers. Extraordinary.
Look at the videos in order, top to bottom:
